Essentially, Tamriel Rebuilt is a group effort. No single person could do such an amount of work in any reasonable amount of time, so as you might assume there are quite a few of us. There isn't much of a power hierarchy, save for that which is necessary to keep the project together. We have two administrators, several moderators, multiple reviewers, and members without any special status (of which TR mainly consists). There is also the Honorary Member status. This status is given to people who have resigned from core duties for personal reasons, or to people who have served TR in some very special way. The administrators and moderators listed here are not mentioned because they get some special honor for TR - instead, they are here so that people know who to turn to when problems arise. They are here to help, not to gather glory or to inflict punishments or become slavedrivers.

Each administrator has their own specific tasks to take care of, and they alone have power to change a person’s rank in the forum. They also grant and revoke claims, solve conflicts, and go about cleaning the forums. None of them are simply leaders: They also do the very same work at TR that others do - build interiors, exteriors, make models and textures. However, they also coordinate the work of others, and are quite good at doing it, too. This is why they have been chosen for this position of immense responsibility.

Thrignar Fraxix - Administrator.

Moderators are appointed to take care of various things, including granting claims, moderating discussion forums and generally keeping track of things where an administrator is too busy. They also make decisions about the mod along with administrators, but most importantly, they are there to answer questions. So go and ask them, if you have one!

Adanorcil - Head of Lore.

arvisrend - Head of Scripts.

Nanu - Head of Literature.

Nemon - Head of Exteriors.

Not - Head of Characters.

Stryker - Head of Interiors.

Why - Head of Stories.

Honorary members, aside from very few exceptions, are those who have once been in the Core, or Tamriel Rebuilt's administrative and moderating team. Honorary members are those who have resigned from their position due to any number of reasons. Because of the nature of TR and the time-demanding tasks that our administration has, this does happen from time to time and is really no wonder. Since the progress of TR is bogged down by an absence of leadership, people have resigned from their positions in order to give room for others with more time and capabilities.

Reviewers are those who ensure the quality of both interiors and exteriors. Modders send their claims to them for a review and if the claim is good, it passes as a part of the group map. If not, the reviewers list the errors and fix anything wrong with the claim.
