Morrowind load order

Hello world i have done it ! 
downloaded all that has to be downloaded 
put everything in my data file ...
followed the tutorial to the end ...
But there is one little Problem when i have to register the Bsa archive
My archive are at the end of my Morrowind.ini folder but in the launcher when i clic on data file there is a mess and the file are before Morrowind.esp tribunal.esp and Bloodmoon.esp....

Here is the end of my morrowind.ini

[Archives]
Archive 0=Tribunal.bsa
Archive 1=Bloodmoon.bsa
Archive 2=PT_Data.bsa
Archive 3=TR_Data.bsa

[Game Files]
GameFile0=Bloodmoon.esm
GameFile1=Morrowind.esm
GameFile2=Tribunal.esm

Here is the mess in the load order :
Tamriel_Data.esm
TR_Mainland.esm
Morrowind.esm
Bloodmoon.esm
Tribunal.esm
TR_Preview.esp
TR_Travel.esp

Because of the dependencies my game get errors in seyda neen on  the faces meshe ... and others the game have Yellow color every thing with exclamation point ... funny error everywhere :/
any advice on how to fix this ?

The order depends on the file

The order depends on the file dates, here are those I have:
Morrowind.esm 17/07/2002
Tribunal.esm 26/06/2003
Bloodmoon.esm 07/07/2003

And the date you should have on Tamriel_Data.esm and TR_Mainlan.esm is 01/01/2012 (respectively 17:00 and 18:00). To fix your issue you will need to look at the dates to see which have changed (probably Morrowind/Bloodmoon/Tribunal), and change them back. You can do this with WryeMash or any program that lets you edit "last modified" dates in Windows
