Started working on the dialogue and the NPCs as part of my showcase. The parts in bright red are TT's and Kevaar's suggestions and corrections to Mort's lines. The ones in dark red are my additions. There are some notes next to lines I wasn't exactly sure about.

Line 47 of generic town
Line 47 of generic town dialogue should be reworded from “I feel something odd about him” to
”I feel there is something odd about him,” or “I feel something is not right with him”. Maybe better still, “Many here view him with suspicion, I among them.”
As it is worded, the NPC is the odd one for his strange feelings.

May want to remove the quest update from picking the key (or prevent journal entry if quest conditions not met) and only rely on player having the item in possession for later dialogue.
Will need some further thought put into the quest.
