TESAME: Clean

Fits exterior: No

This should be 3x3 instead of 4x4. The end result of attempting to 4x4 this is that it appears far too large for a dockmaster's place, and also results in some odd placement of doorjambs and windows.

Northmarker set: Yes
Loading errors: No

Review:
First Floor
-Not digging the scaled up flowers in the planters either. I'd rather have a collection of smaller plants in them. Left these alone though.
-Bookrests need to be nudged slightly so the books are resting on them properly.
-top two "misc_com_plate_04"s are floating above the other two.
-yellow glass bowl needs to be sunk a bit.
-fat lute bleeds into the wall slightly. I also think this should be replaced with a normal one.
-misc_com_wood_spoon_01 floats slightly.
-TR_misc_pillow_red floats slightly.
-TR_i3-4-Ind_furn_drawer is empty. Not sure why this needs a unique ID.

Second Floor
-Not sure about the candle underneath the bucket.
-food_kwama_egg_02 looks odd without X/Y rotation.
-iron war axe resting on wall slight bleed/not resting properly.
-2 in_MH_int_corner_02 pieces used incorrectly

Third Floor
-bk_BookDawnAndDusk bleeds into table's edge. Simple rotate fix.
-Not sure about the two beds. Does the dockmaster have a spouse?

Comments Asides from the few placement errors I found, the big issue I have with this is mainly the fact that it feels to spacious.

Send back, make this 3x3. Otherwise it's fine. Use this file with the placement errors fixed, or start from scratch.

I do not agree with the reviewer about the size. Can I call for a second opinion?
I believe it's fairly common to exaggerate the interior (espeacially for other sets like hlaalu) a bit to it's shell exterior, unless the exterior is very big.
This house int (nr 7 on the map) should be a 2*2, because the exterior shell is much smaller: http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/old_forum/viewtopic.php?t=12058&start=0 , but is a 3*3.

It's subjective I suppose. I only mentioned it because the window and door placement looks weird, and I saw no reason why 3x3 wouldn't work.

Exaggeration can work both ways despite the size difference, and I think 3x3 is an okay middle ground for both this and #7 (which I happened to work on).

It's not my call though. The rest of the interior is fine. I just didn't like the window and door placement, looks rather hackish for my tastes, unless we want to compensate by adjusting the window/door placement in the exterior shell so that their placement in a 4x4 interior doesn't look wonky.

I hope I didn't sound too harsh or blunt in my review.

3x3 would be fine, 4x4 would be fine, but the first level of this is 3.5x4 and that is not fine. I imagine making it 4x4 will be a much simpler fix, so I recommend that.

TESAME: Clean

Fits exterior: No

TF ok'd the use of a 4x4 structure for the 3x3 exterior. Door ok. Missing one window on the NE side of the building – this has been fixed. (Used TR_M3A6_Nemon_aug2013.esp to check Exterior)

Items Added:
in_lava_black outside door so that gaps at bottom corners of the door are not as noticeable in-game.

Window in_MH_palacewin_01 on NW wall

furn_com_torch_ring_02 to ceiling on first floor for lantern. PP: I don't like lanterns just stuck in the ceiling.

TR_bk_ImperialNavy book to one of the bedrooms. I thought the occupant of this place might be interested in this book.

Comments Almost all of the changes, that I made, are due to bad bounding boxes. The quality control of the TR mesh designs needs to be stepped up a notch. Take a look at the bounding box of the TR_misc_dice – it's not even close to the object. Bounding boxes on all the TR_furn_DE_Rm items are not correct.

I personally would only use plants that naturally grow together in the planter. Marshmerrow and Saltrice are coastal/river plants, Bluefoot is a cave mushroom, Timsa-Come-by and Horn Lily are inland plants.

All furn_log_01 have identical rotation and size – doesn't look natural. It is unclear why these logs were there.

Below is the Fixed File.
