House with two brothers that own a pawn shop which is running low on its money and down on their luck by the looks of things. Poor quality stock and poor material possesions in the house. Bottom floor devoted to shop. Middle and top floors are smaller and designed for living space.

Only one problem with your description: it's only two floors.

It looks like it's two 4x4 floors. 1 can be the shop, the other can be their rooms. Just making sure so that you don't build it the wrong way.

Heed what Sload has to say about this interior's size. Yoiu can make a 4x4 basement located exactly below the house, if you want to. Other than that, the entry is in 1st floor with that kind of house.

As always: Use OoT. Only _de items from the game. No NPCs and scripts.

Granted. Happy modding!

I'd like to try this one - I'll stick with the pawn shop idea, shop on one floor, living quarters on the second.

I'm going to need a little more description than that, please. The way claiming works around here is that you give a detailed description of what you want to do with the claim and I'll tell you whether or not that's alright. If the claim already has a detailed description, then you can just say "i'll follow the description", but this one doesn't so, you have to be a little more specific.

Welcome to the TR Modders, by the way :)

Ok Massey. :) I was going to put the shop on the bottom floor and the living quarters on top. Seller - if I can add NPCs - will sell common objects. Bedroom upstairs, along with living quarters.

No NPCs, creatures or scripts. Don't forget to set the north marker, correctly name the cell and make sure you have these:

Review: I don't remember any MH interiors with these exact ambience settings. Disregard this comment if they are actual MH settings.

Top floor:
- light_de_lamp_01_256 floats
- TR_act_De_Bed_13 floats off the rug
- TR_act_De_Bed_13 bleeds into TR_furn_tapestry00
- light_de_lamp_01_256 bleeds into the improvised bedhead
- Delete tr_furn_com_painting2_01
- The best way to make In_MH_door_01 fit in the doorjam is to increase the size to 1.01 or 1.02
- light_de_lamp_01_256 floats, bleeds into the wall, and into the tapestry
- de_r_closet_01_mcloth02 should be locked IMO
- light_de_lamp_01_256 floats

Downstairs:
- light_de_lamp_01_256 floats, and bleeds into the wall
- See above comment on the door
- light_de_lamp_01_256 floats, and bleeds into the wall
- Pointy-bottomed bowls, such as misc_de_bowl_bugdesign_01, should be bled slightly into the surface they arfe on. It is just how the meshes work
- Delete misc_lw_cup. No one would sell Dwemer stuff so obviously
- TR_misc_de_hacklo_pipe floats on one end
- Delete light_de_lamp_01_256 behind the bookshelf
- Replace com_chest_02_v_armor02 with a Dunmer chest. Also should have been locked
- bk_RealBarenziah1 bleeds into the bookshelf
- The handle of iron vipermauler floats. Not sure if you could call it a real error though
- One the clothes, one side of them floats. Press "F" on them again to make them not float. You've done that for a couple though
- light_de_lamp_01_256 floats
- Replace com_chest_01_empty with a Dunmer chest. It should be locked
- tr_w_glass_tanto is too nice to be just left lying around
- Delete the lockpicks IMO, especially since they are master ones
light_de_lamp_01_256 floats

Comments It's a nice little shop. Don't forget to add those two windows. You'll be able to add the upstairs one by using the hall piece, a wall piece and one of the TR pieces to get the room to fit together.

There also isn't anywhere for the shopkeeper to eat, or any food stored anywhere.

Hmm, I see a new button... "Use the reviewing panel", I wonder what it does?

Anyway, I figured I'd save you the trouble of sending this back to me. Fixed all errors that made sense. Did not replace chests. I HAVE seen Beth MH cells with those chests before...

The "Use the reviewing panel" opens up a new panel in the Reviewing forum which makes things quicker to do reviews. It also automatically undates the number of reviews done to an interior.

I disagree with you about the chests.

Review-i3-85

TESAME:

Fits exterior:windows still missing, to all intents and purposes

Northmarker set: yes

Review:
I General:
-Please use standard Mournhold lighting: 86/66/58, 26/23/21, 36/47/49

II NPCs: N/A

III Main:
-The bed floats at one end because it rests on the rug
-TR_furn_tapestry00 bleeds into tr_furn_ind_gong_stand, though using it this way is a great idea.
-the top floor is a little bare, some more clutter wouldn't go amiss
-com_chest_01_empty is an imperial item, and shouldn't be used in a dunmer int
-com_chest_02_v_armor02 is an imperial item, and shouldn't be used in a dunmer int
-iron vipermauler looks awkward, maybe lean it against a wall instead.
-TR_misc_toyguar looks unbalanced, maybe rest it on it's side
-tr_w_glass_tanto is very valuable, and probably shouldn't be here.
-tr_potion_wine_03 is an imperial item, and shouldn't be used in a dunmer int
-the shelves are pretty empty
-The rail is too low to serve as a bar, use furn_de_bar instead (nice idea though ;) )
-The ext and a tree float in the void-remove.

Comments: Most of the stuff in the shop is crap, but the items don't really make sense. Why
would the owner sell one excellent weapon alongside single pieces of cloth, shears and a basket? best to concentrate more on a few types of item, and pick whether this should be a good shop or a crap one.
Also, the furniture should be either furn_de_p or TR_furn_de-rm, there's no way the shopkeeper makes that kind out of money out of this junk
Logic issues aside, it's not a bad little int :)
Regarding the use of common chests, remember that Mournhold is "imperialised" than Almalexia proper. (Helseth's territory, not house Indoril's)
Just look at the dunmer:outlander ratio. Please replace the chests with de ones.

Rating: 7/10

Btw, you should wait until the claim is sent back to you before fixing it. I went and reviewed this twice as I downloaded your original file first a week ago.

As I don't like to piss the mods off, I'll try to be nice.

I've attached 85 to this post, along with the reviews that I fixed.

Why the sudden gasp? The silence, why? Oh, that's because I FIXED THEIR REVIEWS FOR THEM. See instead of taking twice as long to write the damn review out, I just fixed it for them. This way, they don't have to. Saves them time, and they don't have to re-submit the mod. And if they don't have to re-submit the mod, GASP, we don't have to review it again.

This solves the bottle necking issue. I would suggest that one of you re-check these, though, as I may have missed something. However, just fix the errors. ;)

By the way, I'm on Oblivion. I will review Stirk, the whole damn thing if you want me to. :) Just please, don't send me these things for MW anymore. PL is catching up to me, and I'm rather agitated at the moment.

Thanks.

Criticals: None

Clean: No- tr_w_glass_tanto

Fits exterior: no (the windows)

Northmarker set: Yes

Loading errors: none

Lighting: Not set to standard Mournhold lighting

NPCs: N/A

Logic: None

Lore: I agree with Lud on the chests; they should be de.

Physical Errors

Cell: TR_i3-85-ind

-bk_RealBarenziah1 bleeds into the shelf
-extravagant_glove_right_01 floats
-Furn_de_rug_big_03 (upstairs) floats
-a hammer_repair bleeds into the shelf
-both light_de_lamp_02_256's by the bed float, and one bleeds into the gong stand
-light_de_lamp_01_256 by the downstairs door floats and bleeds into the wall
-lamp by upstairs door floats and bleeds into tapestry and wall
-lamp at top of stairs floats
-lamp at bottom of stairs floats and bleeds into wall
-lamp by bar floats
-lamp behind bookshelf floats
-lamp by storage crates floats and bleeds into bookshelf
-Misc_Com_Redware_Cup bleeds into bowl
-TR_a_ind_pauldron_left_02 floats
-TR_a_ind_pauldron_right_02
-TR_act_De_Bed_13 bleeds into the floor

Comments: Pretty nice, except that all the lights floated. I agree with what Ludovic said about why there were imperial chests in Mournhold, so I replaced the imperial chests with dunmer ones, and created a new item (TR_m3_de_r_chest_i3-85) and put the stuff that was in the old chest in it.

Matts05, you did it again. the only thing in this int is 5 windows, which is rather odd as I know you edited more than that...

Anyway this needs a new fix

Review: misc_de_bowl_bugdesign_01 should have bled more
apparatus_a_retort_01 should not have sat on a cloth
The soul gems didn't rest realisticly
tr_w_glass_tanto rested unrealisticly
The 3 soulgems on the shelf rested on points
the top shelf behind the counter is under detailed, I placed a longsword and 3 iron tantos

Upstairs:
Every tapestry bleeds into the ground
Furn on Rug = Bad Rug moved
Basin = BAD
Funky Tapestry thing = GONE (need room to add things)
At this point I came to the realization that to fix this I would have to completely redo the upstairs.

Comments this needs to have the upstairs reworked. I am going to post my WIP in which I fixed everything but the upstairs. Please use this and add reasonable amenities to the upstairs as this person should have a cupboard and some basic food supplies. I took some basic steps on the upstairs, however if you want to start from scratch thats fine too

I'd love to see the thread that says that rugs can't have furniture on them, that basins are bad, and that new uses of static objects are forbidden.

I'll fix this, but only because I have some degree of respect for you.

rugs can't have furniture on them because it will cause floating and or bleeding.

Edit: and I am trying to make it official that basins (and washtubs) are bad

why and why? I've seen and modded where furniture was on rugs and didn't bleed or float. And why are basins and washtubs bad? Washtubs I can understand, but basins?

This is the thread about the basins and the washtubs.

Furniture on rugs is ok as long as it is entirely on the rug. It wasn't in this case.
