Hermit asked me to revoke this.
There's a chance he may be able to provide a WIP, though.

This seems easy. I'd make it a small shop selling cheap weapons. 3x3 layout, entrance, and a SMALL bedroom. The dunmer shopkeeper would be selling chitin, iron and steel. May I add armor too? because if I could, then he would be selling netch, chitin, iron, steel and bonemold. And one more question? Is he making the armor himself or importing it from other places? Or is that up to me?

Granted
3x3 is correct, one floor, you probably want to do a basement and be careful with small bedrooms in Indoril style interiors, there isn't very much room between two of those walls and if you have a 1x2 bedroom, the bed only fits centrally in there with no room for bedside tables or anything and so it looks crappy. Make the bedroom at least 2x2 and in the basement, the main shop area can be upstairs.
Of course, you don't have to listen to me, if you want to make the bedroom small and upstairs, or 2x2 and upstairs with the shop in the basement and a locked bedroom door then you could do that as well, it's really up to you. Be creative :)
It says it's a chep weapons shop so, no armor please.
The weapons would probably be made in shop since importing would be more expensive, so if you have room, then put in a firepit thingy that the armorers have and an anvil, plus hammer, bellows and anything else that a smith would obviously have.
(this int is going to be a tight fit but you can extend the basement a little ways to the top, make it about 6x3 so that you have a little more room.
Again though, you don't have to follow my suggestions, and if you want, you can just put in some crates of weapons and skip the smithy part if you don't feel there is enouhg room.

No NPCs, creatures of scripts. Don't forget to set the north marker and clean it up in the TESAME (available on the main site in the "Utilities" section.

Well, heres a fun fact :D I went to look at the exterior and found that the sign on the house said "Potions and Ingredients". But I have it almost finished so I'll go with the cheap weapon shop style :D

Tesame: Yes
Light: Yes
Illegal to sleep: Yes
Northmarker: Yes
Snapgrid: Yes
Fits Exterior: No the windows should be 0.7 and 0.8 in size and the 0.8 should be in the center of the building. They are also placed to high. The basement sticks out into the water behind the house to the east, it doesnt fit.

Cell should be named TR_i3-195

First floor: Six different tapestrys gives it a chaotic look. The bar is really empty for being so long and the ogrim head doesnt fit. Why not use r or tr_rm furniture, then you will have less problems with uneven surfaces. The furn_de_tray_01 can also help you a bit with the surfaces. Why are the three enchanted weapons the only ones on the bar?

In_MH_door_01 dont fit make it size 1.01 and move it back in doorjamb.
chitin spear bleeds into bookshelf.
chitin shortsword bleeds into bookshelf.
TR_w_wood_mace_01 the handle floats.
TR_furn_de_tapestry_06 All three tapestrys bleed into each other and the wall.
TR_furn_de_tapestry_10 All three tapestrys bleed into each other and the wall.
TR_furn_de_tapestry_09 All three tapestrys bleed into each other and the wall.
TR_furn_de_tapestry_12 floats and bleed into wall. It should be rotated 180 degrese.
TR_furn_plaque_ogrm_01 Bleeds into wall to much and i dont think it fits in this interior.
The woodgrain on the top in piece Furn_De_Bar_03 dosnt fit with one of the other pieces, thats the reason that there is six Furn_DE_Bar pieces. With those pieces and rotation you shouldnt have any problems making the woodgrain fit.
Active_De_Bar_Door bleeds into furn_de_bar_02.
You should probebly bleed the bar into the wall because it looks weird when it doesnt. Take a look at how bethesda did in the stores in Mournhold.
crate_01_silver_weapons If this store sells cheap weapons then whats this doing here?
light_de_lamp_01_256 is placed rather odd between the two bookshelfs, move closer to wall.
TR_furn_de_tapestry_04 you could lower this a bit.
TR_furn_de_tapestry_03 bleeds into wall.
iron war axe floats and bleeds to much.
iron wakizashi bleeds to much.
tr_w_aena_mace bleeds way to much, and you should probebly ask if this and tr_w_aena_spear is supposed to be a uniqe weapons.
iron mace how does this keep its balance?
You should rotate the three light_de_lamp_01_256 some.

Basement: Bedroom and forge in the same room = bad idea. The furniture is all at right angles it looks odd, its to perfect. Maybe add some fuel for the forge.

In_MH_door_02 to high locklevel.
misc_de_bellows10 doesnt rest properly.
furn_de_forge_01 this doesnt really fit in, maybe make your own out of MH pieces.
furn_de_p_shelf_02 bleeds into wall, move it up a little. How do these shelfs support this much weight. Steel and iron is heavy.
Misc_Quill floats and is at an odd angle.
furn_de_p_chair_02 bleeds into desk.
Light_Fire_NoSmoke_400 sparks come out of the top of forge.
light_de_candle_02 bleeds to much into table.
de_p_chest_02_gold_25 floats in one corner and bleeds into bookshelf at top of chest. Why not make this chest smaller?
hammer_repair head of hammer floats above bookshelf.
TR_furn_de_p_bkend bleeds into book.
BookSkill_Armorer2 lean it at TR_furn_de_p_bkend, it doesnt look stable. I think this book is to expensive for this interior and its a skillbook.
TR_misc_steel_piece_01 bleeds into TR_misc_steel_piece_04
TR_misc_steel_piece_03 how did this get up here. Its heavy.
furn_de_screen_guar_01 bleeds into wall.
com_sack_02_chpfood3 this should bleed into floor more.
crate_01_eggs bleeds into wall.
Com_Sack_02_Ingred this should bleed into crate more.
com_sack_02_chpfood3 this should bleed into floor more.
com_sack_01_ingred bleeds into crate and overhangs the crate it rests on to much.
furn_de_screen_guar_01 bleeds into wall.
de_drawers_02_mclothes4 bleeds into wall.
BookSkill_Armorer1 bleeds into drawers. One skillbook is ok in rich interiors but two in a poor one, not a chance get rid of both.
light_de_candle_07 bleeds to much.
Furn_de_rug_big_08 bleeds into closet.
There is 22 containers in this claim and all but one has stuff in them, thats to much. Change some to empty containers.

Comment: Should not be used unless heavy fixing, probebly easier to redo from scratch.

TESAME: Clean

Fits exterior: Yes

Northmarker set: No
Loading errors: No

Review: Top Floor
- Candle bleeds into the counter
- Iron broadsword bleeds into the rail or whatever you'd call that thing it's resting on (by the furnace)

Comments Cool stuff. The Indoril containers are sized a bit large for what they're containing but it doesn't really matter that much. Fixed

Review: a couple of the blade weapons needed to be rotated so their blades hit the shelf
Did you honestly use 1 as your gridsnap setting while placing the counters?
