I don't quite get what you mean by 'pennies', but it seems an allright concept. Be sure you have the map 3 file installed so you can check the exterior for window locations and such.

Also, no NPCs, no scripts, and no objects not in either OoT (see below) or the game plus it's expansions are allowed. Only imperial items (_com) are to be used, except for very few _de items that serve a museal or other purpose. Limited use of dwemer stuff allowed, but keep it reasonable. Kegs are okay, tons of dwemer coins are not.

If you really, REALLY need a mesh to be added, post it for review in the OoT board. NHJo uber loot or uber items either. Use BoT (Books of Tamriel) for the books in the library.

Having said that, it's granted. Happy modding. :)

Review:

This interior is not finished, i have reviewed what is there, and i really didn't like what I saw, There isn't one OoT object in here and the fucking ash mask of vivec is in the basement on a shelf!!!! The interior is very VERY empty and there are no rugs tapestries or anything. I believe it is also the wrong shape for the exterior. This should be sent back immediately to be finshed or revokes and started from scratch.

This interior is not finished. Why is it being reviewed? Why was it not returned to the claims browser and the unclaimed forum?

TESAME: NOT CLEAN

Lighting:
- Needs fixed to match other Imperial interiors

General Errors:
- Should name the interior based on the claim, not what it is
- No NorthMarker
- Incomplete
- Does not match exterior
- No GridSnap used
- Incomplete!
- Edits an NPC
- Edits the chitin bow
- INCOMPLETE!
- Mixes rich with plain
- INCOMPLETE!!!

Replace/Remove:
- Everything. If it doesn't bleed with something, it floats, is unique, quest related, and/or is not fitting of what would be the Imperial Archeological Society. It would simply be faster to start all over.

Floaters/Bleeders:
- Too many to be worthy to list.

I don't think you should be that harsh Poha, I mean, even if it is totally fucked up, the lowest i'd give this is 3 or 4. I mean, if there was nothing, then no shit it'd be 0. There was some effort in this, and it should be put in consideration. Also. please check this thread for your assignmants, apparently 279 was not one of them.

Actually, 279 was one of them, I've just been assigned new ones already :P. I was more concerned with the fact that an unfinished claim was placed here for review.

Shouldn't this go in "Not Available" until Map 1 is done?

TESAME: Clean

Fits exterior: Yes

Northmarker set: Yes
Loading errors: No

Review: Floaters/Bleeders:
-Top Floor
Two places where there should have been a table, there isn't one, creating a load of floaters
tr_furn_com_painting1_01 floating off the wall
TR_furn_com_tapest_map floating off the wall

-Bottom Floor
Another apparent missing table in the main room, two in the porch
book_dwe_water00 on the shelf bleeds into the book below
bk_provinces_of_tamriel bleeds into the shelf
light_com_candle_08 bleeds into the top of the shelf

-Cellar
barrel_shoes floats, on the left as one enters
two floating barrels in left rear corner

General Errors:
Some nasty problems with breaks in the interior tiles, things sticking through walls around the stairs and a gap being visible behind the bookcase
Some level problems with the tiles in the cellar, very slight cracks visible due to different heights
When one goes into the cellar, you are spawned stuck in the ladder and have to tcl to get out

Lore Errors:
Oddly enough, no, because it's meant to have all the random crap in it.

Comments
It's an alright interior as far as whats in it, just a few problems in the cellar. But the bad tile layout spoils it, makes it a chore to move around and looks bad. And the lack of tables doesn't help either.

I'm wondering if the table issue is peculiar to me, so someone else should check the plugin to see for themselves.
This thing needs work to get it included - not an overt amount, but enough that the original claimant should do it.

I had to do it that way to add stairs in a 2 by 2 house.

Im seeing a kind of complex. The upper floors are devoted to displays and studies, such as the library and such. The basement and portions of the above ground are devoted to the living quarters. The underground levels of the structure will be devoted to research, separated rooms each specializing in a particular style. One room for instance could be studying Dwemer artifacts, while another can study Daedric artifacts. I say very very few weapons and armor as they are far too overdone. There's more to a culture than just gear.

Ok the I.A.C. is ready for review. The blank space on the second floor (library) is meant for the exhibit version of the steam centurion. I took the idea of the commission a bit further by including a dean's office, a conference room, etc. Also, I made it a bit more formal by including monthly reports of both the Daedric and Dwemer Studies. The Archaeological Expeditions Monthly Report mentions the Nchuleftingth Expedition, which was funded by the I.A.C. according to ingame dialogue.

As per my discussion with Lady N., this cell is a 3 x 3 as a 2 x 2 is improbable. I weeded through the last of my great libraries. So here you go.

TESAME: Clean

Fits exterior: No

The first floor isnt right at all, it also misses an entrance.

Northmarker set: No
Loading errors: Yes

a few books that i deleted

Review: A lot of floaters and bleeders.
I also had to split the basement away from this and put it in a different cell. 850 references delivers a lot of lag.
There were also around 12 daedric weapons and armor, these should be difficult to find, even for the IAS.
Basically I turn this interior inside out and then I noticed it didn't fit the exterior.

Comments Too much floaters and bleeders,
Too many exquisite items,
Doesn't fit the exterior,
Even when i fixed the first two things, I think this still needs to be revoked. I might claim it in the future (power to the archaeologists!).

Claiming, this should be finished by an archeologist, and i know how to shape the first and third floor. Ill do my cave for map2 first, but that one has its architecture complete already.

I matched this one to it's exterior. Im using as much of Hemi's work as I can. I added a small storage of excavation material to fill up floorspace in the basement. Ill make the third floor a lecture room. Now i have to detail the whole building.

It's done! I love how the new library turned out. I used a lot of Hemi's work as i had more floorspace to fill. The layout is good now, so consider this my first masterpiece-interior. (i sure hope there aren't many errors with this one)
