SS02 - Essarhanaes

TR_SS02_Essarhanaes
Medium-large pycave.
Upper level occupied by parastylus, with sulfur rocks throughout & pools further down (not blocking PCs path).
Lower level contains sulfur pools & parts of Kemel-Ze that have been broken off from the main ruin. Do not include dwemer room/hall pieces, or obviously exterior pieces such as towers - this section is still pycave.
Inhabiting this deeper portion are dwemer constructs.

Shipal-Sharai Imperial Legion questline

The Imperial Legion post of Shipal-Sharai is in a sorry state. Manned by an underfunded and oft-forgotten skeleton crew struggling to keep the law amidst local corruption and distrusting locals.

Quests should have a bit of a wild west feel to their writing. Not overly tropey but leaning in a bit.
Locals are distrustful of the legion, with only a few exceptions.

Shipal-Sharai: Haunted Instrument

From the rumors in Shipal-Sharai, you can discover that Sinarrius and Valoria Autrinix sometimes hear a musical instrument playing in the apartment above. They ask you to investigate the source of the haunting music (the quest topic should be added via rumors and not a greeting). The player can enter the apartment either by convincing the landlord Davenas Vedralu to give you the key (shouldn't be hard) or by lockpicking.

Quest Giver: Armas (Publican, House of Red Wings)

“Listen, the Mistress can barely afford to keep this place open let alone the bar stocked. Our supplies are dwindling…

Now if you want to help, I did hear that a caravan carrying some fine Cyrodilic imports got hit by bandits. And I might know where they are held up at. Now that shipment was supposed to go to Narsis, but the way I see it whoever kills those bandits gets the shipment. I can't offer much but you'd be doing the House a great favor."
