Produced on a clean install of Morrowind GOTY and TR 16.09+hotfix. Appears in both vanilla and OpenMW.
Player can look up into the interior of the structure model. Looks like a simple fix would be to just add more rocks/landscaping to cover the exposed face.
PROBLEM: The topic “green common robe” lacks an option with the common_robe_05_c item. When talking with Olivie Arche with only that robe in your inventory, she will start a loop and will not update the quest.
SOLUTION: I’ve create a mod with a new answer through copy-paste and adjusted the Result Box to add common_robe_05_c to Olivie Arche. The mod is uploaded here under the number 17: http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/43107/?

I’m already a member of Fighters guild in Vardenfell and Guild of Fighters (talked to the guy in OE) and when I talk to Hartise in Helnim’s Guild of fighters and ask for orders, she gives me “interior task” I click continue and instead of a quest get a crash to desktop (see event below, are there any other logs?). I have a save where it can be reproduced. I have TR, MCP and LGNPC mods installed. TR_Preview is loaded and Morrowind starts without errors. W10 x64
The Quest Sarvanni Courier: Molecrab Shells (TR_m1_SA_SC:MS) try to add the item TR_Ingred_Molecrabshell_01 that don’t exist. The Quest can’t be closed without console commands. Tested with OpenMW 0.40.0+git201609301416~ubuntu16.04.1.
This is extremely minor, but Cornelius Arjax’s placement in “Firewatch Library, First Floor” is too close to one of two nearby chairs and this causes him to “float”. The bug isn’t resolved by using the RA command.
I have casted calm humanoid spell on Alfhed, but after talking to Rianele I’ve got journal entry that goes “I have killed Alfhed (...)”. I didn’t kill him, just calmed him with a spell. On the attached screenshot you can see both journal entry and healthy Alfhed.
tavern beds with no global ownership variable assigned, so no legal bed renting possible. Checked Bal Oyra and Ranyon-Ruhn, may be others (I think this is one of the bugs that may iterate between releases)

Not really a bug persay but Dillitan Ebony Mine lacks ownership for everything inside. Including Ebony Ore Deposits. With Telvanni guards around, you'd think people would care for you stealing stuff but evidently, these crates and deposits don't have an owner assigned.
