Hi, I have an interior showcase for review. Not a claim but a small house located in Ascadian Isles 2, -9. Also on Discord as Dagoth slayer#1464. Also have one mod released but may be too large for a showcase with some interior experience. Thanks

Fits exterior: No, top floor is 2x3, both vanilla examples are 2x2. You will need to re-arrange the bottom floor to accommodate.

Updated as per above instructions.
Can you explain the top level. I am using Dorisa Dorvel's building as an example and as wrong as it looks with the upper level not completely on top of the lower level, it is so should mine be moved so it rests entirely on the lower level?

As per the vanilla example, your placement relative to the lower floor is fine, it's just making sure the top isnt larger than it should be. Now if this were specifically for a claim however, I might have suggested using Goldym Belarams pawnshop in Suran as the reference instead. But onto the review:

com_sack_01_saltrice_5: floating over floor, additionally note sacks need to be bled slightly into any "hard" surfaces they are in contact to emulate how they act IRL (goes for the sacks next to it as well)

Everything should be fixed now but had a problem with the wooden spoon. One end floats so I had to tilt it and the selection box isnt dashed. The imperial silverware items in TR Data look to work much better than vanilla and I wonder if they can be used in dunmer houses. Fixed pathgrid and other issues.

Silverware is less a race issue and more a class one, Silverware is what you use for upper class or well off traders, not the house of a commoner. Though on the subject of spoons they are the piece most people will "cheat" and instead have them resting on the plate to account for the rotation, but yours look fine from a technical perspective. Anyway:

Tempted to hold back the recommendation  just to make sure you've got the grid work sorted, but as it is the only remaining issue, will be recommending for promotion anyway.
