a few more 'macro' issues at a glance: - setmixxing. the showcase should just use dunmer poor furniture (chairs, beds, shelves, tables -- some com containers (eg chests) etc are fine (aside from drawers, closets)), this uses com poor & middle class - shell matching. ex_hlaalu_b_25 in standard TR use has a 2x2 top floor (or has an extra row using slanted pieces) & 3x2 bottom floor.
Once the macro issues are dealt with this can be more thorougly reviewed for any micro issues a few micro issues at a glance while im at it: - some of whats for sale is too fancy for a dunmer poor furnished store, eg multiple pieces of adamantium - in the book guidelines (included in the int guidelines) we discourage placing whole series of books eg the brief history
otherwise the start is alright, it just unfortunately doesn't meet all the requirements for a showcase. feel free to ask any questions to myself & make use of the showcase channel for any queries

Will need to ensure this follows the requirements of a showcase & general interior guidelines: https://wiki.project-tamriel.com/wiki/Interior_Guidelines#Requirements
currently this showcase doesn't meet the above requirements (eg the requested item placements)
