Tamriel Rebuilt

I use this tool ALL THE TIME but sometimes I'd like to be able to just fire up a program really quick and get my names there, is there a d/l somewhere that I've missed? If not is it possilbe to provide a d/l?

Hi all, I'm new and stuff and this is sort of kind of on/off topic, I have noticed that tamriel rebuilt (for morrowind atleast) is a 7z file, and i was wondering, how to use 7z and .rar files after downloading them, by this i mean playing them in game, could anyone help me out here
