There is no claim update to show. Since I go between my parents' house each week I can only work on this every other week, and I've been feeling the modder's block lately. Only the execution quest needs to be fixed, I think everything else is done.

As far as I know there isn't any built-in method for making NPC's fight each other. You'll have to code the fight yourself, but you can probably use functions in the game related to factions (I think there's one for faction reaction). But like Faalen said, it should all be in MSFD.

Do you think a dramatic outbreak might fit well? Right when the guard tells the player to execute Dralor, he yells out something and attacks. That would take away the whole calm priest-type deal, but it would work.

Sounds, like a good start, I guess. Almost all of the dialogue is inappropriate for typical Morrowind-style quests; the design doesn't even need dialogue in the first place because for the most part it is up to the quester to come up with that. The detail is good, though.
