Just two more that came to mind. Name: Helmet of the Running Hunger (aka Helmet of the First Blighter, Chemua's Great Helm) Type: Heavy Armor Helm Suggested Effects: On Cast: Summon the powerful wraith of Dres Khizumet-e for 60 seconds. Another possibility would to have a disintegrating and/or poiso...

Artifact Ideas
A couple artifact ideas. Name: Spite of Peryctor (aka Dagon's Horns, Peasant's Trident, Kingmaker) Type: Spear Suggested Effects: Low base damage with multipliers against NPCs of the Noble Class or who wear upper class clothing. Alternatively, make it available to low-level characters with high base...

Economic Necrom
It's been removed, because we figured foreigners had no real interest in Necrom - to the Dunmer it's a holy city, but it hardly has any impact on the region economically. I'm a bit divided on this, at least for non-aesthetic reasons (Necrom looks awesome!). I mean, what about the huge pilgrim/touri...

Those are good reasons. I can certainly see where you're coming from now. As to Bethesda's miskakes, they certainly will need to write and record more dialogue with a greater diversity in voice acting. And I think the interface could be improved as well (hated that bloody minigame, and those rumors ...

Who has the opinion that voice acting inhibits immersion? Starting out with Oblivion, I've returned to play Morrowind, because of all the good things I've heard, yet I can't say I like all of the silent conversations... I'm a real big reader IRL, especially in non-fiction. But whenever I play Elder ...

So, I guess the question would be... If you want to talk about the novel: What is the legacy of the floating city (which sorta looks Dwemer) on the next Elder Scrolls game? Or, if you want to focus on the 200 year part: In 200 years, how do you think Tamriel has changed? I personally think that ther...

Revised and Updated
Thanks, Lady Nerevar! My assumptions sometimes get the best of me. ;) Anyway, the quest idea is revamped to be more lore-appropriate, as well as more divergent, in the legacy of the Daggerfall main quest. And don't worry about the fort yet. :) But if you'd like too, I think there are plenty of examp...

If you're looking to start with modding and don't have experience with the Construction Set, I would recommend learning to do interiors. Quests (while somewhat easier in Oblivion) are a bit more technical than many would like, especially given the scope of your descriptions. You can find help regar...

Quests for Hammerfell: to speak of adventure UPDATED
A Complete Review and Lore-Edited Idea. Well, first thing's first: The motivation behind this quest is thrown up for you folks at Tamriel Rebuilt to decide. "Who dunnit" is a question that comes to mind. Well, after Lady Nerevar's suggestion that I look at the faction lore thread (heh, oo...
