Hrm, disabled all mods and tried. No colissions. Re-enabled TR without any other mod, no colissions.

So it's not Tamriel Rebuilt after all. My apologies, and I retract my issue. But there's no way to figure out what mod would cause the issues.

C'est la vie.

Colission detection with... nothing?

In different areas of the maps I'm getting colission detections where I can't continue. A good example is if I start a new game, I clip a phantom wall that shouldn't be at the end of the bridge so I can't enter the Census building. I can't walk down into the water just outside of Balmora, and outsid...
