I noticed that the UESP already has that information, including descriptions, for a large amount of NPCs. (Especially in the Telvanni lands)

That looks very cool, but it's making me wonder about the idea of hexagonal cantons. It's a nice idea symbolically but, won't Dres settlements feel very repetitive if they are all forced to fit inside of hexagons? I think it would be more interesting if you had modular pieces which allowed you to cr...

Based on Addhiranirr's dialogue, I've always assumed that House Dagoth was using smugglers to carry ash statues to the mainland, so it would make sense if there were minor shrines in caves and settlements, especially along the inner sea.

Here's a random idea that I'll throw out there. Wouldn't it be interesting if Dres was attempting to turn the Argon jungle into an extension of the Deshaan. Perhaps they would dig massive canals from the Plains which spill salt water into the jungle, killing the native plants and creating areas wher...

That's really nice! Great work on the coloring and the border is beautiful.

Personally, I find the floating banners distracting. In my opinion it would be better to have the text somewhere at the edge of the composition. Or maybe the text is unnecessary.

This is the opinion of an outsider, of course, but in my experience it can be really valuable to pair planning with implementation. On projects with no deadline, planning can spiral into infinity. Putting something into the game can be a way of making yourself to commit to a particular vision rather...

St. Veloth, I like your ideas of taking inspiration from the landscape of Mars. Hmm, Tamriel Rebuilt shouldn't actually change anything on Soltheim. Did you install the Morrowind Graphics and Sound Overhaul? That might have been what replaced your tree models. If so, I'm not sure if there's a way to go back to the vanilla models without reinstalling Morrowind.

But I have to agree that the red texture is a little bit too vivid, especially next to the buildings. I think if you just made it somewhat more pale it would make a huge difference.

I don't think most players will be going into TR with maxed-out characters. Besides, I think would be a bad precedent to make TR reliant on other mods, especially considering that we don't know what the mod-scene will look like years from now when the project is actually finished.
