Other useful, but not required knowledge is UML (modelling language that will be used to design website) and SVN (version management).
Haplo I edited your post to include this. Also the server isn't using php5 but php4.

Aye it's happened before. It's not really any biggie, as it's the same colors just in different spots (instead 1,2,3,4 it's 2,1,4,3). But I'm not sure why it happens. Amrod knows though. It happened the last time he did some restructuring. I think. It has something to do with the colors of the clai...

The downtime was just due to upgrading subversion, it knackered up apache for no good reason, will try to make sure upgrades dont effect apache in future. Talking of upgrades, I will be needing to upgrade php very soon, so will require a tiny bit of downtime, whilst I restart apache to use the new ...

The TR website was down for a while, I was busy with school so I noticed it only until very late in the evening. MSNing with garf fixed it quickly. hope you didn't miss the site too much .

It's part of a quest from the Dark Brotherhood. Good source of info on liches and how to become one, I can recall a long discussion in a previous thread.Eldarion wrote:Here is a book about a necromancer that is trying to become a lich. Hope it helps.

Well I could be wrong, but I believe the brain actually makes the zombies sort of capable of independant thinking. Opposed to skeletons who can't since obviously they have no brain. I can't provide any books or other pieces of lore to back this up, but I did alot of research in the past for my book ...

I'd like the god mannimarco to still exist, we even have a slight bit of lore to back up such a claim. I'm not too sure about having 6 more mannimarcos, it would give us alot of oppurtunities, but is it acceptable as lore? (Don't get me wrong, personally I'd think it would be col if there were 7 mor...

Excellent, so they make shrines and offer soulgems, along with more. It's good that there's something to start by, I might look further into TIL then. Thanks Amrod. What I want to do is find out what lore there is, and if places are still empty we might as well flesh them out, in a way that agrees ...

Though I might have skipped over some bits, I don't think that neither of those threads is about the religion itself. The closest I got to finding out about the religion is that the Worm King/King of Worms attained godhood, which I obviously knew already. Though the topics did bring up some books o...

even if not in app form, we need some kind of list with all teh books so we can gidure out what is appropriate for which ints without reading em Thats a good idea if I can fit something like that into the claims browser, but I'm a looooong way from even starting on it, maybe not even this year. It ...

A four-to-five meter spear would be 12-15 foot long, and too unwieldy to use in a phalanx formation; Macedonian phalanx used a spear that was 13-21 feet (3-7 meter) called a sarrisa. Since this was too heavy to carry single handed they had to wield it with two hands. They strapped a small shield to...

I was going through the lit forum for a bit and noticed this stickied post. I never actually continued working on this. Now that I'm webmaster I have ideas of having sort of a BoT browser (on the forums) that has the kind of functions described above. It's low priority, there is a lot of stuff to be...

[TUTORIAL] Oblivion Scripting
I feel its best to learn the CS Scripting language by looking through pre-existing scripts, seeing how things work, and learning the ins and outs. But some of the basics of scripting may not be evident from that approach. So for the purpose of this tutorial, I decided to simply touch on the basics, ...

I had a plan to make separate usergroups for each department and make the respective heads of those departments moderator of these groups (so they can promote them, these groups will all have the same privledges as TR modders). However, there were some flaws in this plan. First of all moderators can...
