The dwemer tend to dig deeply into the ground.

If you feel that you don't have enough room based off the exterior - it would be reasonable to tunnel into the ground and make underground rooms.

Are you loading the 3-15 mod AND your mod at the same time? It is a slight possibility that the 3-15 mod is modifying those cells also and causing a conflict.

You could have accidentally TESAMEd out the landscaping the first time around.

However I would think that adding in new landscaping would change all that...

Do you have any versions of the mod from before you used TESAME (or other program) to clean it?

I personally play with Heavy Metal blaring instead of the morrowind sounds so I sometimes miss things such as that. Thanks.
