Another thing to point out: climate similarities Morrowind is largely a desolate place, as is mongolia Black Marsh is very marshy (i'm guessing) and jungly (yes that is a word :P) Skyrim is very cold, like Siberia This is as much as I can do (if this much is even correct) without searching the lore
