If it's Sims you like, then it sounds like you are suited to interior modding (if so then try out the construction set and see what you can come up with, we have plenty of tutorials on the site). If you meant you want to draw architecture, thats great too :)

The land in general is very hilly, chances are 70% of them are on a hill of some sort, if I'm wrong I'll just rework it, either way back to the CS I go.

And just in case you don't know what they mean by upload. All you need to do is archive (put into rar/zip etc. as I don't think the forum takes .obj?) and when you are making a post scroll down to the Add an Attachment section, browse for your file and click the Add Attachment button.

Welcome. Models are needed for Oblivion right now, rather than Morrowind, which has most if not all the models they would need. Check out the concept art forum to get an idea of what type of work is needed and post up some WIPs so you can eventually be promoted ;)
