I made one in about 5 mins ,the graphics arent too good, but I can deal with them, Also the little icon in the top left corner can be removed easily if i was to make these properly, anyway there it is. But i have no idea how 2 load it up on to the web... help?

I noticed during morrowind, that the best place to make quests was in the back alleys of balmora. Just any NPC standing in any old backalley looks dodgey enough, and to put a small underground tavern, with people selling stuff off the black market etc (such as fake enchanted goods etc) and new class...
