Tamriel Rebuilt

I have done it. NPCs in my plugin (Battles of Legioner) can talk to player, to himself\herself and to another NPCs. I done it using random function. You can go to street of Solitude city and see that i.e. imperial man talking with nord woman. Do you need a scripts and\or animation?
