Well since Rihad is walled and has apparently been walled for a pretty long time why not have the city within the walls and have an outer city? One that has been built primarily since Hammerfell was incorprated into the Empire, thus it would have a more cyrodilic architecture style to it. This could...

I think the best way to do it would be to do something similar to the WSG in the concept art forum, just have a brief description of whats required(maybe some suggestions) and let the modders do the rest.

Not bad Lutemoth i like the different feel these weapons have from other weapons, very unique. You should try your hand at something that has a little more reach to it, Polearms or bows(maybe quivers to match), i think you would provide a different view on these types of weapons ;).

wow...i think if models of these creatures are put into the game i'd be especially on guard stolling though Black Marsh...seeing one of those things coming at me suddenly would scare the hell outta me :P. Good work!
