Are the claims for the Stonefall mods being made on the Morrowind engine or Oblivion? Because I made one on Oblivion, and went to check it out on that Nirn map, but couldn't find in Hammerfall or Morrowind. So, do I need to re-do it? And also, Stonefall is a Hlaalu city, right? Is there any way to get on top of the White Gold Tower or whatever it's called in the Imperial City? I haven't tried that hard, but still....

And is there any way to expand the borders of Cyrodiil, or will I have to make a place like the Paradise and have to find a way to send the player there?
