I'm not much with words myself hehe, but it'd be nice to see if anyone can manage to come up with something.

And yes Gess is fine, everyone calls me that, in fact I prefer it over the more commonly used "gesh" or "gessh"

I like the picture you used for "trlogo1.jpg" but I'm not entirely sure I like the saying at the bottom "The Elder Scrolls fan project to build the rest of Tamriel" There's gotta be some way to say the same thing, but using less words. Something a little more catchy perhaps. Nice...

I love it, the changes are excellent. Hopefully we can get another opinion or two, but in my eyes it'll fit right in and I think it's an approved battle song.

Anyone else have any opinions?

I do like it, but I also have one critique, I don't like the horn at the first. I'd like to hear a more subtle intro, or use a cello, but the brass just doesn't fit with the rest of the song, infact it's kind of distracting. As far as the rest of the song is concerned, it keeps a decent pace the who...

Welcome back Telsar, seems you were active before my time. It's always good to see some of the old sound department people from time to time! Your sample is excellent, the quality is really awesome too. I use cubase as well :) We're in need of a few songs anyway, and you've got the tools to have hig...

Like the tunes, we'll have to work on the quality. But you have potential. As for freeware software you're not gonna get much, what I'd suggest is making your normal midi files and then pass them on to myself or one of the other many members who have some more professional software already and have ...

Honestly, the biggest thing with PC recording for String instruments and voice is the sound card. You could have a $2,000 mic and use it with an onboard sound card and it'd still sound like crap.

So the first question I need to ask before I can give ya advice is what sound card you have.

Well, technically for me to recommend you for modder status you have to contribute something directly to the project. You definitely have the talent to do so, so what we should do is have you pick one of the sounds and try to replace it with something better. You can pick any creature sound you'd li...

Don't be too nervous over it, not like you're being judged for a game show with a million dollar prize or anything. Just be natural and let the voices come as they come :) Look forward to hearing your recordings!

Alright. So the higher ups have taken the time to get us a sound browser working. I've yet to use it. If we set up a browser,...
