As for myself, coming from the Unreal franchise, that was really surprising. Epic Games wholeheartedly endorses the mod community because they KNOW that the modders creating new content is one of the strongest factors in Unreal's high replay value. In fact Epic deserve every single penny and more s...

With the new normal/bump mapping technology now being employed, asset development for companies can take up to FIVE times longer than previous work. Even an experienced highpoly modeller must spend an average of three times longer to complete one model. This means a significant increase in producti...

Personally I think this is crap, the fact that they took out finished stuff and then resold it. I hate nickel and diming. People suggest that this is necessary to allow them to continue to work on the game, well that is BS. If they want to work on it make a decent expansion and sell it, like bloodmo...

When an exterior does under review the thread temporarily dissapears is this correct? I am curious b/c claim 6-44 has dissapeared, and now seeing this I was just wondering if that indeed is the normal behavior when the claim is under review. (In other words the thread is in limbo until it is either ...

This tavern has done quite well, considering the neighborhood it's in. Although no one gives the same answer, some admit the pub used to run as a backhouse (it gives interest to visitors) Nice pic btw, but I have a question. I thought backhouse reffered to a toilet, perhaps that is not the same eve...

Maybe in your school I had 33 hours of AP credit when I went to college and it made life way easier. I did not have to take craploads of classes. My wife had 24 AP credits when she went to college. I graduated with honors from my university precisely because of AP credits. (If you get a 5 on the AP ...

This is exactly like the thread about cold damage in skyrim. And I still think it could be a good thing, but as was said it needs to be limited, not just extremely annoying. Like when you cross the Rhub al kali, or however you spell it. So if a specific questline says something about needing water t...

Sorry I don't have a scanner :( Of course I don't mind that is why I threw it up here to give others inspiration. Flash floods are very common in the desert. It is a very nice picture I really don't want to diss your work, it is lovely. If you adjusted it so the village was on the sides, or so the gate was between some pillars instead of in a canyon then it would work I suppose. Still I think some cliff dwellin...

Putting it in a canyon is a poor idea, putting it into the canyon walls is a good idea. Every desert with rock like that is subject to flash floods and they would destroy the entire town if it were in the canyon bottom. Building the dwellings on the walls though would be very useful and cool, with s...

Yeah, but there is only one listed as available at the moment, some indoril claim of 9 cells... So I already have 2 claims in map 6 finished and a 3rd that should be getting reviewed soon. The third is definitely the best with a lot more unique ideas in it. I couldn't finish it as I said b/c youguys would not give me the dres buildings. The claim is done except for the like 4 buidings. Haplo we already made a big long and nice quest idea for this. http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/old_forum/viewtopic.php?t=3240 Anyway I thought so, if you read it at least I think it made it to the stage that it is a valuable quest line to put in there somewhere. 1st somehow you get introduced ...

Re: Approved guilds
Disapproved guilds: Smuggler guild , Bandit guild, Werewolves guild, necromancer guild and in general guilds or organizations consisting of unorganizable groups or individuals. I have a problem with this decision. Smugglers are not inherently unorganizeable. In fact they are highly organizeable as ...

I actually think it is a really really excellent idea. But you should make it actually like a mystery. Have it so you find the orphanage, and they have books or something about the children telling when they were brought in and who dropped them off, some kind of clues that could lead you back. Of co...
