It's only ever implied, not stated, that he might be gay. maybe he just can't stand his wife, and isn't able to divorce her; maybe he loves being out in nature more than he respects her - and maybe he's gay. :-P

I just saw something really cool in an old surrealist armenian film (the colour of pomegranates) that got me thinking - during the rennovation of an ancient church, urns were stacked on top of one another in a honeycomb of sorts, then the gaps in-between were filled with cement. In the film the urns...

only three weeks. the "hundreds of hours" argument is bullshit. Three weeks = over one thousand hours According to steam, my brother and I combined have 84 hours total playing FO3; he plays a bit more than I do, so i've got no more than 45 hours. It's alot of game, but for bethesda (obliv...

If you ask a certain guard (let's call him bob, for readability's sake) about rumors in bal oyra's fort, and your disposition is high enough, it's revealed that another of the guards was recently laid off/discharged/otherwise removed from service due to the treaty's thinning of the imperial presence...

I forgot to mention that each piece (if implemented) weighs at least 30 pounds, 80 if it's a torso - once your strength is high enough to carry all of that stuff AND all of your regular armor/weapons/potions/etc, dwemer armor isn't so uber anymore, relatively speaking. The different pieces would pro...

As much as I love morrowind, gameplay-wise oblivion is superior - too bad the lore/world is "fucking lazy" at best (can you think of one cool/unique thing they added to the province that wasn't already in lore? me neither). If Morrowind had oblivion's gameplay - especially the superior inv...

possible compromise idea: The vampires live in the mines (the cave-looking part) of Fang Lair/Kragenfell only. It makes more sense to them, as it wouldn't be (as heavily) defended by centurions; plus I can't imagine mines by themselves (dark rock tunnels! you have TOTALLY never seen this shit before...

I have an idea for something to tie into kemel-ze. An old dunmer woman in town is seriously worried about her erratic husband, missing for a week, which comes up if you ask about rumors. It's pretty easy to surmise what the sounds are for, but I have no idea where or on what TR uses them. If it's really just a generic noise for a fish swimming right and left, why not just use whatever bethesda did for dreugh and slaughterfish?

Virginia Tech shootings

For those who haven't heard yet, there was a shooting at Virginia Tech that killed 33 people today, and wounded dozens. Being quagmire, I hope to take alot more aesthetic (though not logical!) liberties than I would in a regular cave. Instead of a conventional door to enter, i'll put the player smack in the middle of the action to make it that more adrenaline-pumping.
