Happy St. Patrick's Day
If I don't take offense to this, none of you should.

As an Irishman I'm deeply hurt by your lampooning of our national festival as a time for mindless drunkeness.
Naw I'm only messing,
it's kinda true...

My friend at school, who is our wrestling heavyweight, standing approximately 6' 6" at 260 lbs. (kindof skinny) was dressed like a lepricon today. I wore a green shirt. Our bible teacher wasn't whering green, and we gave him such a pinch!
Stendarr is the God of Mercy and Justice. Therefore, he must also be the bearer of Duck Tape, for only Mercy and Justice can use Duck Tape for the Good of man.

What? ISn't the drinking age is a national law. It might've even been part of the anti-prohibition ammendment.Devon8999 wrote:I'm 13 but I live in Wisconsin so I can drink all I want!!!!!!!!!!!! two beers and I'm done though Remember kids even though I'm 13 don't drink (except on st. I wore no colour whatsoever, as usual. I was pinched nearly to the point of rape, but then I won in the end when I called all of them "green capitalist fascists", then got sent to detention for being distruptive.
it's funny; I'm over a quarter irish and all of the pinchers weren't irish in the tiniest bit. stupid conformist bastards.
AND, coolest of all, I saw flogging molly walking down the street! they had a show (21+ age limit, damnit) that night, and were getting piss drunk beforehand. It's not too bad that i didnt get to go to their show though; I already saw them live two days in a row at an irish festival two summers ago.
As for drinking, i'm not one of those retard teenage drunks; but I had a glass of bailey's in the comfort of my home. DAMN that stuff is yummy! and obviously, it didnt affect me one wee bit (bailey's is something like 3% alcohol).

Drinking laws are state laws. All 50 states set the legal age at 21, LA was the last to do away with an 18 year old limit. The federal government maintains control of the state laws via federal highway money, that is the reason that roads in Louisiana are really shitty, they did not get federal money for many years for highways. In many states, particularly in the Midwest and South it is legal for children to drink in the presence of their parents, with the parents consent, at even very young ages, even in public places.Sload Lord wrote: What?
