Please quit creating a new thread for every little idea that pops into your head.

Please don't double post, or post the same information in two posts successively.

The Camonna Tong is Vvardenfell-based, and is not active anywhere else, including mainland morrowind. They are obsessed completely with driving the outlanders from Vvardenfell and reclaiming their islandic independance.

The Camonna Tong is strictly against any non-Morrowindians being in the country, let alone in their ranks. Go to the Balmora country club before killing all residents and check what they tell your character.

ALL TES3 characters are, however, outlanders. Even Dunmer characters. It's the background of the game, and hence, lore.

No joinable CT. Case closed.

What I meant colostriph was that the Camonna Tong are thugs that have a high focus of vvardenfell-born dunmer exclusively, and persue and active passion of eliminating any other breed of men or mer that they come in contact whenever the feel the need to.

Hmmmm. I just thought of this. What if you joined like this. You are in some Vvardenfel city, and someone tells you(in rumors dialogue) that there is a bounty on a group of Commana Tong who now occupy a house in the city. Your player walks in, gets in a huge fight with all of them, but after you kill one the others stop the fight, because they are impressed of you. They tell you that they want to get more contacts/spies in main-land morrowind, because they want to weaken the Imperials so they go back to Cyrodil, and they need an outlander as there front there.( a bunch of natives going to the mainland would be a little suspicous) If you agree, they send you on jobs to the mainland which would include things like buying a house as their base, stealing files from Imperials, and recruiting other native dunmer that are now on the mainland. The quests would of course be more interesting and specific. So....is this a good idea, or am I going nuts? Or would this just not go with the lore?

Will not work for TR because it requires editing Vvardenfell cells. We have a strict no-touchies policy.

And seriously child, Dunmer are NOT impressed by anything. Let alone nasty rascist elitist faction members.

How would spies on the mainland help them to weaken the imperials inhabiting Vvardenfell? I understand your logic, but you don't seem to get that no matter what the player can do on the mainland, it cannot by our rules ever affect Vvardenfell, therefore rendering all actions for the Commona Tong a waste of time.

Cannot work for our lore. It'd be far too much work and time spent on a faction that really has no interest in the mainland. The ends simply cannot justify the means - and anyone who argues literally IS going nuts (Don't make me call the squirrels).

Add to this the fact that it takes supreme will not to slaughter every last member of the Cammona Tong (even with my character who was really, really pro-Morrowind independence). [By the way my favorite quest guivers description of what you are supposed to do is the misc. quest to kill the Balmora Council Club people.]
Frankly the Cammona Tong doesn't have what it takes to get Morrowind its independence.

So how about a quest mini-series to eliminate various CT hangouts?

HOLD ON A MINUTE!!!!
Now, this may have already been said (i only skimmed through this thread) but The Camonna Tong is AGAINST OUTLANDERS, so, since you are an outlander, you cannot join the comonna tong because they hate you! Has no one noticed this when they go into any council club?

Yes, I just found that in the bolt-ons section, you guys should look at it, but the guy says he has permission from the admimistrators.

um... I feel a bit stupid saying this, but shouldn't we just let this thread rest in peace? This discoussion isn't getting anywere.

if Faction expanded project is working with this, there's no need to discouss it here either.

haplo were right. This is an unessecery guild, and its quite lore breaking.

sorry for saying it...

Not in Vvardenfell, we can't touch Vvardenfell. Our cardinal rule.

well i dont know if im stupid now but, i think that you could join CT in two ways:
1. get your repupetation to 10
2. a quest where a guy can teach you to talk like a Morrowindian, so they dont know youre an outlander
Now, everyone must submit to the Kingdom of the Goblins. Do it now, or we will take your skin and cook it in a fungus stew. Any attempts to resist will be in vain, so don't even try. Silly human.
