Could someone tell me what kind of building i-42_3 is? It's not a house and not a store. i guess this int is Indoril and/or Temple related.

I can't open the file since I no longer have an OOT file. either excise the interior and post it here, or take a guess. We did a lot of stupid shit around the time of all these claims you are finding problems with, and these are the last of the interiors that we will have to clean up.

It can be a public-access lounge, accessible for free or for a small fee by the owner who lives elsewhere. It could also just be office space for something, like a census bureau, although that might require some new documents.

Seems like the "Reviewed and fixed..." line decided it wanted to become a description. I've found the proper one by clicking the 'Claim' button. Not that it has much more info than the cut off one...

That would be the proper one. Our forums are kinda messed up, so it probably explains why you're seeing an old outdated one.
