Something new from Macar

Post by Macar »

I'm so glad TR is back! I was holding my breath the whole time it was down. Anyway, while I was holding my breath I came up with this. It's glaringly unfinished, but let me know what you think so far.

pretty nice. Almost mysterious, I like it.
Could be used in Dres, Indoril, and Redoran towns and areas. Sounds fitting for them.

pretty.

Can you do some of the different parts in different instruments, maybe add some strings for the higher pitched tones and percussion or horns on the lower. would sound more orchestral.

Yeah, it would be nice if it was had some more instruments. However, not only am I not ver good at that, The tools I have arent really good for it. I'm using a sheet-music program, that just happens to export midi files as a side feature. Back home, I have a midi keyboard, too bad I dont have it here. I'll experament, though, maybe I can make another version of this with some more sounds.

Thanks Odow.

Over the summer I managed to import this to my nice keyboard at home, and it was really cool. However, I'm still trying to figure out a way to get that sound onto a computer. One of these days...
