Imperial Special Forces (ISF)

Post by Arondil Rethan »

Has someone already made this one up? A tough dunmer warriors trained for special happenings. Uniform: Imperial Adamantium Full. I have few ISF units in my "Quillrabe" Diablo-based mod.
Any objections?

A Dunmer special force unit in the Imperial army?
The Imperial special force faction is called the blades.

Maybe Nordic/Orc shock troops would work...

Maybe in Skyrim and Orsinium but is that really appropriate for Morrowind?

the imperials are the only ones who are really big in the game... they conquered tamriel... they need those spies and informers for all those bad people who try to destroy the imperials influence in the provinces.

great houses have not much spies... so thats not an real option either.. besides great houses are only thinking of theirselves, not for another great house...

I think this a horrible idea, no offence or anything, but I really do. If a faction such as the Imperial Legion/Blades/Great Houses has a problem that can't be solved conventially, then they send an agent (such as the Nerevarine) and occasionally a number of expendable troops. This sounds way too modern to me.

The Imperials have several factions that could take in this position. Every divine will have it's own specialized elite group of knights. The blades are more or less also special agents, although they're more spies, agents and archeologists instead of fighters.

All in all, this faction has no chance at succeeding at all. No special agents in full Adamentium armor will appear in Tamriel Rebuilt. Thread locked.
