Anyone know a good mod for Morrowind I can play? Preferably one under 15mb...

Look into Suran Underworld, or the Illuminated Order. Both are excellent and offer plenty of quests. Both have some powerful objects so be careful if you like balance (like Morrowind was balanced to begin with...) I personally recommend the Illuminated Order as it is small and has a nice character change option at the end...

All of them should be at the summit. Some might even be at Fileplanet.

-CM Partners v2.8 by Cutthroat Mods
-Fishing Academy v2.53 by MadMax aka NOBODY

Of course, if you're looking for mods over 15 megabytes, I'd go for the two best weapon additions out there...

-Faarp's Weapon Compilation
-Assassin's Armory

Notable Mentions: Adul's Armory (and his Artifact Replacements), Dongle's Weapon Packs (resources, not mods, but still fantastic), any and all of Jeremy McQuinn's "Knights of Tamriel", any and all of Mantodea's mods.
