Hello,
My name is Eric and I am interested in aiding this team on its wonderful quest to recreate the continent of Tamriel. I am a huge fan of Morrowind and I do have some skill with the CS. I can create new NPC's, exteriors, interiors, dialogue, factions, and I can probably learn to script even though I have no programming experience. So, what can I do to help Tamriel Rebuilt?

Look in the claims forums to see what claims are open and then ask to claim the claim. Right now about 80% of the Morrowind exterior is done and about 40% of the interior is done. A lot of the interiors have been claimed and progress is pending. I'm sure you'll find something to do. If not just pm a core member and ask for an assignment. Thanks for joining!

The core isn't an elite group of members, they generally don't ban you unless you spam a lot and/or flame everyone. They are generally fairly objective, but we all have our bad days.
They basically are the glue that intergates together the various aspects of the project and are also the ones that keep order here on the forums. Thane's first post is accurate as far as I know though.

In the 550's Byzantine Generals Narses and Liberius were winning battles into their 80's. Retirement programs, though no longer including raping and pillaging, have clearly improved since.
