it looks evil, but like I was saying on another thhread like this, the notched blade is pure vanity with no thought for function, and as such is not something that a deadly guild of assasins would use. The notches would only serve to catch against flesh when it is so far in, making it needlessly difficult to make deep wounds.
Maybe if the notch at the tip were filled in it would be passable; you could even say the notches around the shoulder are stoppers, but you don't often find them on short blades like daggers.

a little maybe, but that's what serrated edges are for, and they do a much better job. Plus, if this is for the Brotherhood, they're not going to want their quarry to live long enough for their wounds to heal in any case. You usually find those kind of blades on weapons intended for full scale battles that may take days.
I reckon this weapon would be pretty good for the brotherhood if you filled in the notch and maybe blacked the blade

I think that the notch in the end should be filled, since those side-wings are much more 'rippy' than having a little durability-decreasing slit. The loss of longevity would outweigh any minor benefits.
The Dark Brotherhood seemed to use adamantium weapons. This blade doesn't fit with the typical adamantium style of having the crossguard bend away from the blade. It does fit with the orcish style of having the crossguard have short spikes prjecting in the direction of the blade.
I would also like to point out that both Orcish Daggers in WoT are not Daggers. (edit: Issue resolved on IRC, Weapons will be renamed)

it kind of look imperal. or, it could be a custom armor, I had a quest where in each provance you do one easy quest and in the end you get his armor as a reward. I was thinking this could be that armor.....

File then save as then under the filename there is a format drop-down. Right now it should say bmp. Change it to JPG. If that doesn't work, save it as (name).JPG
