Note: This concerns TR additions to Morrowind
For the sake of convenience I'd like to have a list of all the guilds in Morrowind listed here and links made to the guilds respective quest lines in Morrowind. I'll need help compiling the list.

There's a more complete version of this in the "Guilds and Factions" forum, I believe by Arcadea. It's nearly entirely misspelled, and you can update it and fix it here.

Listen here, NECROMANCERS guild doesn't sound to good in my ears, I'd rather se that necromancers formed up in something similar to knightly orders. Something like Order of the black dragon, and Templars of darkness. Such factions would perhaps consist of people thrown out of the mages guild, for their dabbing in dark magicks. So I think they would hate the mages so much that one of their so caled virtues, would be to destroy the mages as far as it is possible

In Elder Scrolls Lore, Necromancers aren't these "dark evil wizards". In fact, Necromancy is only illegal in Morrowind IIRC.

I'd expect to see Necromancers in the Mage's Guild in other provinces.

oh, perhaps, but they would have to be people who knew this kind of dark magick, not worshipping it like necromancers do

Go there and read up on lore before you post your thoughts and ideas on how you think things should be done, because, for most of your thoughts, there's already solid or semi-solid lore explaining them.

It'll save you a lot of trouble, and a lot of breath, too.

Also, Necromancy doesn't = Bad Magicka. Necromancy is normal throughout the Empire, and is only illegal in Morrowind, so I think, along with others.

So basically, Necromancy = Normal Magicka everywhere except Morrowind.
