1. I don't need any tutorials about creating exteriors, interiors, NPCs etc.
2. Yes, I know THIS ([url]http://til.gamingsource.net/[/url]) site and I'm quite familiar with TES lore

3. What need to be done? Do you need any exterior/interior creator?

you can go and claim some interiors or exterior if avaiable.

Download the Objects of Tamriel files (its between the Memberlist and Log Out things) and then the group map which you have a claim in
