So I was listening to the radio this afternoon, and I was contemplating the various pros and cons of standing up from my chair, a line of thought which ultimately resulted in my thinking of H.P. Lovecraft. "Wow," I thought. "I've never actually read any of his books, because some loser at the library always checks them out before I get to them, but from what I've seen, his critters look cool." So therefore, I leaned foreward and rummaged under several piles of dirty clothes and rusted nails to find my sketchbook. I then whipped this up and looked at it. "This kind of looks like a creature of necromancy," I thought. "I should put it online. That would be cool." And without further ado, I will put it online.

By the way, do any modelers/animators like any of this stuff? Maybe enough to model it? And animate it? That would be cool. (Hint, hint, nudge, nudge) Eh. I just do it for fun.

my Whip-stitch zombie. He is infact "stitched" hes all sown with a deadly hand, stitched on a piece of shalk horn as a weapon. His maker made him quickly to scare off curious villagers, but does have his deadly scream.

Not as "SCARY!" as you guys might have wanted, but pretty messed up. If an animator takes the idea, i say his stitches come apart when he dies, like the imperfect or something.

Sooooooooooooooo... here's another. (by the way, is anybody actually thinking about making these? I mean, not all of them are crap... some could be workable models, right? And necromancers need critters, right? Right? Right? Eh.)

Note the critter's top jaw. Perhaps rotate the monitor for a better view. Pretty neato, eh? Not really, but I thought it was clever.

A simple door guardian for necromancers. A small childs body, the mind tortured into insanity then fused its torso (and everything else above your waist) into a giant spyder body. Ment to scare off curious towns people and guards. Not powerful in any majo

one thing: if a necromancer is wanting to throw nosy guards and townsfolk off his scent, he's not going to put this thing outside his door; it'll make them even more suspicious. If he's going to make himself some guards, he's going to use something a lot bigger and more threatening

You are welcome to give a shot (two pictures are better than one :P) but here are mine:

they might not look soo scary but get their spokkyness from the feeling:

Small banshees are weak but respawn 5-6 times, try to imagine a Raid in a Ancestor tomb and you have just killed this one and ass you walk away it attacks you from behind.

Banshee's can barely fight but have a howl that makes you fall (as where you hit in hand-to-hand with zero fatigue) and then 3-4 howleres (that always follows the banshee's) attack you as you lay on the grund.
try to imagine you running into one of them a dark night in a swamp... no one will hear you scream...

as to the banshee- looked ok, but what Im going to do is mess up the robes, and stretch the jaw down a little bit. Those will be the major things, I'll post soon.
