Make it darker, and I would make the pauldrons lower or the cuirass higher.

the fur is fine but the leather currently looks the colour of puke. This is leather, right?

Actually it is of the colour original Beth heavy leather boots (those on the screen) was of. So it is official puke.

the cuirass is darker but i pressed a on my keyboard...here is another screen
but if yu want to retexture it i got no probleme with this :D

If you could make leather gloves instead of leather gauntlets or bracers, they could be used in other places than just armor. It'd be nice.

I don't understand what you mean. Do you mean that you need to know whether the vertices between the segments can be broken?

nah the joints the things that are suppose to form the skeleton yu know to make the animation

You can make the bones in milkshape, but you can't animate it or physique it and you certainly can't export it. Sorry. :(

Yeah, I meant you can't export animations or physique. The NIFLA exporter is pretty simple. Btw a lot of that stuff is in this thread, for those who might have missed it:
