password recovery

yesterday I decided to delete all my cookies, but when I came here I forgot my pw.
So I pressed on "forgot password"
but..... after pressing the link for the new pw activation it said the page was unautorised...

and there are no forums left you can post as a guest btw >_>

but the pw recovery system isnt alright
