download map3 then you'll have almost all information you might need. there was a topic once (opened by Majra - i'm not sure though)that detailed the claim (what kind of building, who owns it, etc.). the problem is that i dont know if the topic is alive..

right well, you are too slow and now i want this, (sorry - note: hermit, if you think i'm too mean taking this then he can have it if not, i spoke first)
I want to make it into two small shops, one is a clothier and the other a food seller, the owners of the shops both live upstairs and the shops are joined together upstairs but the door is locked.
If i can't do either of these let me know what i can do and i'll gladly make them something else.

Fits exterior: No
Should be 3 x 6, not 3 x 5. Although admittedly the exterior maker didn't leave you much choice in the matter.
Northmarker set: Yes
Loading errors: No
Review: This doesn't fit the exterior. TR_M3_crate_01_comcloth should be named "TR_M3_i116_crate_01_comcloth" or something to that effect which will fit.
Top floor:
- chest_small_01_gold_10 should be locked
- misc_com_wood_fork bleeds into the table
- misc_com_wood_knife bleeds into the table
- active_de_p_bed_11 bleeds into the wall
- Aargh! My pet hate. The room pieces around the stairs do not match up and the column bleeds into each other. Look at the ceiling and I see grey
- The knife, fork and spoon bleed / float
Downstairs:
- furn_de_tapestry_08 bleeds into the wall (bottom corner)
- Replace Com_Chest_11_clothing with a Dunmer chest
- common_pants_06, common_robe_02, common_shirt_01_u, common_shirt_02_h and common_shirt_02 needs to be "f"ed
Comments I'm not sure what can be done about fitting the exterior. One option would be toput the entry door on either bit in the middle after being made 3 x 6. Another option would be to fiddle around with a lot of pieces until the door is in the middle of the southern wall.

After fiddling with that awful Indoril set, let him be cursed for a thousand generations (there are so many tiles it needs to be somewhat complete), I decided the walls were very thick and that is the explanation for why it's 3x5 rather than 3x6.
I managed to remove the texture bleeding around one stair (it would have been so much easier if we had a mirrored stair, or at least a half-column, like in the velothi tileset), but it involved shuffling some things around. I don't think I have broken stuff with that shuffle, though.
