You realise that this still hasn't been granted to you yet? it's still in "Pending" You do not start an interior until you read the words "Granted. Recommended OoT Packages:" and the packages are there for you to download if you don't already have them/ once you actually have the claim, your name will be at the top of the page sayins "Claimed by Kretterz" Then it will be obvious how to submit and all that because there will be a space at the top of the page specifically for that purpose.
Hope this helps you.

You wait. This is in the pending forum so when they next open it to grant what claims are there, then they will see this and grant it. If they never grant it, you never work on it. thats all. now, you must wait.
And redoran hunters i'd imagine would wear something light like chitin to allow them to move quickly and quietly.

Another hunter? Redoran aren't poachers, they'Re warriors ... ut anyway, you can always make this a marksman of expertise or swomething (though this is a less than glorious way to fight for the velorous house of Redoran, but meh, even they need marksmen).
No cookie cutting, naturally!
I'll check out your int myself, and tell you how I like it.
And always wait for me to grant stuff. I usually do this within a day, tops, lest life interrupts me. ;)
Recommeded OoT packages:

Okay, I'll review this myself and do this here. It's not too bad work, but has many beginners errors (don't mind that, everyone did these, including myself).
- You have default lightning. THIS MUST NOT BE. Understood? Go to a redoran interior and check the lighting settings, write them down, then implement them there. Here, let me do it for you with this one. The settings are:
Ambient: R45, G45, B45
Sunlight: R66, G45, B34
Fog: R70, G40, B11, Density 0.75
Most house ints have different standard settings (Hlaalu is kinda brighter, Indoril even more damp). Best either check every time you make one or write them down somewhere so you have them handy any time. Checking an interior in an in-game city of said house is sure to get you these settings. shacks have another distinct setting, btw, as does Imp. Fort.
- There are minor floater/bleeder issues with stuff on the bookshelf. You need to take extra care when placing stuff there! Also, the lying lute defies physics, lutes look better when placed in a different fashion.
- Overall, nice work with item placement, but I feel you need to cut down on the guar screens, this makes the int too much of a maze in my eyes. Red huts are open rooms, and usually only have some corners separated. But that's personal taste. And Massey's right, Archers prefer ligt armour (it's even in the archer class, IIRC). Also, some items that remind us that an archer lives there might be in order. Also, another matter of more personal taste: I hate eating with a door to my back. I would reverste the table 180 degrees. I feel an archer/marksman should feel so too. He sneaks up on people and shoots their backs for a living, after all.
- Candles. Place more candles and light sources, and stronger ones. Using standard Redoran lighting settings, it gets very dark in there if you don't.
- place some OoT objects, please.
Other than that, solid work for a beginner. Keep it up!

Clean: One object...fixed
Northmarker: Fixed
Fits Exterior: yep
Lighting: Good, had to set no-sleep though, and the ambient was slightly off
NPCS/Gridpath: N/A
Logic: A lot of repetition. This seeming single person owns 16 goblets for gods sake...
Lore: Mix of de and com stuff
General:
- Renamed the cell to TR_i4-56-RED
- The knives were bleeding and floating...repositioned
- misc_com_redware_pitcher was bleeding...scaled down to fit on the shelf better
- misc_de_basket_01 was bleeding into the floor
- one com_basket_01_chpfood5 was bleeding into the rug, and another floating
- fixed the bleeders/floaters on the bookshelf
- replaced the com candles with de ones of the same strength
- replaced the com bucket and ladle in the fireplace with a log fire
- Moved the eating table over to the wall and got rid of the other chair...a better use of space, as it was a bit cramped between the fire and the door
- Fixed the bleeders and floaters on the table
- Uses ac_furn_rug_colony2...replaced with a suitable alternative
- Improved the hanging of the lanterns, scaled the rope down a fraction to fit better
- Fixed the bleeding/floating on the other table
- Fixed other minor bleeders/floaters
- Added some more detail...like the crossbow, armor and the logs for the fire
Comments:
A good, basic interior. Lacked a little detail, and had quite a few minor errors, but they were mainly lack-of-attention bleeder/floaters. A nice little place.
