I suggest that this "Wealthy Residence" should be a family manor.

Claiming, if you don't want it Sload. Since I've finished my exterior and interiors, I've got some time on my hands. Will make it the residence of a fairly wealthy Redoran family, similar in fashion (though much smaller, mind you) to the under Skar manors of Ald-Ruhn.

hehe, i've got all the claims around this one, :P
The two beneath it are not taking up any additional space above and so shouldn't cause a problem at all, obviously you can't have a basement on this. I'm not sure if #11 is encrouching on your space at all, its pretty damn big but i'd imagine Sload took care not to get too close, so you shouldn't have to worry about that one either. Sload and I will have a joint claim for the one of your left, its #7, i think its i4-20 but Sload is away for the weekend so we won't be starting with that claim until monday at the earliest. So go ahead and build this once it's granted to you and let us know how much space we have on the right side.

Thanks,

I'd prefer it if I got one space of the small tileset to the left of the balcony door, although it wouldn't matter too much if you gave me that much or not.

oh, yeah of course you can have that much space, thats right in between the two doors, so the way I see it thats split half and half, we can extend further into the rock if we need to anyways. Go ahead and build this however you want (within reason obviously :P) just make sure you let us know by monday so Sload can get started on the claim.

Allrighty, nomadic ... you got the claim. Granted and happy modding. Please use OoT and EoT in the versions as I have attached. :)
Recommeded OoT packages:
http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/files/oot/TR_EoT_datafiles.rar (7.5 MB)
http://tamriel-rebuilt.org/files/oot/TR_EoT.esm (108.8 KB)

Nomadic please use OoT_Main, not OoT_Old. Hermit is getting old and keep forgetting things :)

Mass, when you are ready to start your interior, this WIP should help you a bit ;) You can go further to the right than I asked for.

I was just wondering if you could make the patriarch of this family a warrior? The other two manors (i4-20 and one in i4-24) lack that kind of thing.

Will do. BTW, I changed the interior arrangement a bit, in a way which gives you an extra cell. I'll update a WIP later.

EDIT: Attached. The layout is unlikely to change so use this one for matching. All that is really left is to finish adding the basic furtinture, and detailing it.

EDIT: Attachment deleted.

Done. Made it so the family is rich enough, but a bit obsessed with fighting.

EDIT: I added the northmarker, which I remembered I forgot to add :D File 2 is the one you want.
