lol, it turns out UVMapping in Blender might take some time to figure out, but at least I can get the body shape right, see if the fucker looks cute with an mouth full of teeth :)

Maybe you could give it spines? Don't you agree they give the creatures an evil, alien look to the beasties?

You have made it pretty lean already but I would go for horrifically emaciated...

Nice Graff. Can't wait to see him with an evil-looking texture. (Suggestion: Rock like, with red hot lava type cracks here and there...)

So you're using Blender, eh? Does the animation get saved from that NifExporter? I was kinda dissappointed when it didn't work for Milkshape...

On the texture, be sure to put in Daedric runes to make it more otherworldly.

In addition to the lava cracks.
