That looks absolutely great! I was wondering when someone was going to make one since I noticed it in The Art of Morrowind. I always wondered why it didn't make it into the original game.

those came with morrowind, and asylum made a towershield already.

It is needed to create the in-game item, assign it a mesh, an icon, its weapon type, and its stats.

But if you meant just for creating the 3D object itself, the TESCS is utterly useless. You'll need 3D Studio Max, which costs only three vrubillion dollars.

And that was a silly question, I thought everybody knew that already.
