Zephyr is the new core member

Zephyr, our site administrator, was voted to become a full core member for all his work he has done for the project. Not much more to say...

I could have sworn that this had happened once already, and that I was as surprised then as I am now that Zephyr wasn't technically a core member. I mean, his running the website means he weilds ultimate power anyway, but I shouldn't give him ideas in that vein.
