Im only new to the forum so this is just a bit of a introuction, im Khelior, I joined to help out and intend to do so alot, mainly with interiors and anything my two cents can amount to.

and also a lil quest to do with telvanni

START QUEST:
PC meets a Redguard at the Tavern X by the bar and when PC talks to him PC finds out he is a Telvanni Retainer, a rare Telvanni outlander and also Spellsword. He says Telvanni Lord Z is looking for a mercenary to do some pickup jobs in town (x). So redguard becomes the person to which you report to for a series of missions should you accept (if not then quest ends).

SubQuest1: (for Redguard himself) Find the slanderous Bosmer in same tavern who has insulted Redguard. duel or bribe him to apologize.
Reward: simple shortsword and 50 gold.

SubQuest2: Telvanni Z wants a list of three things, 2 daedra hearts, a book on the telvanni and a quality Y longsword. Local bookseller has Telvanni book and alchemist has hearts and possibly smith has sword, give to Redguard.
Reward: 500 gold and a spell scroll of decent quality.

SubQuest3: Redguard asks for a cuirass of quality armor Y for Telvanni Z.
Reward: 900 drakes

SubQuest4: Redguard asks for a spell scroll of Hellsfire.
Reward: none

When returning with scroll, there is no Redguard at tavern, pc then goes to Telvanni Z's tower and finds out the redguard is a recently joined mercenary himself and was last seen by another retainer going in mages guild. Pc then connects the dots and goes to mages guild where any mage there says Redguard is a fellow guild rank A, pc goes to Telvanni and tells. Telvanni offers 1000 drakes to kill Redguard (Lord Z is naturally very angry).

Redguard is back at tavern and pc kills him or bribes him to leave.
Reward: if killed the Redguards cuirass and sword plus 1000 drakes/if bribed to leave pc receives 1000 drakes from lying to Telvanni saying Redguard is dead.
ENDQUEST
Things needed=
Redguard w. appropriate dialogue. Any name.
Dialogue for nearest Telvanni lord.
Subtle access to items used.
Dialogue for Telvanni retainers and mages in Mages Guild.
Bosmer with dialogue. Any name.

Welcome to Tamriel Rebuilt. I think we have greeters here, but at 2 in the morning, I get stuck doing that

As for Telvanni, there is still some map 1 detailing and some map 2 work to be done, but it is unlikely that you will get a chance to actually build anything such as Telvanni towers. But there are a few claims that are available in the "Claims browser," and if you are interested give one a try.

Quests are good. Post them in the 'Quest Ideas' forum. Books are also highly appreciated, so if you write one, post it in the "Literature and Writing" forum, and Earl, Haplo, Haj, or other frequent writeres such as myself will take a look at it.

Your concept art is quite cool. There are lots of people around here that draw, and you can find plenty of other concept art in the "Concept Art" forum.
