i don't mean to be rude, but i dont like the modell at all.
it doesn't look like a living creature, it looks much like a bad shaped statue. again, i dont want to hurt anyone; that's only my oppinion.
try to make it a bit... slimmer. and the legs should be articulated.

looks great!
things to work on a bit more:
*texture needs to be a bit more intricate
*try making legs thiner and closer together
*at each bend in leg put a knee sort of thing in it, like this ----*----*----
*for second wing pair (the one underneath) give it a texture simalar to the pic of the wings that i showed you (white-ish flakey sort of thing).
* make sure that you cant see the back of the creature when it doesn't have its wings open.
*also the height of the creature is a bit to much try having the hieght same as the width.
*the wings on a moth don't curve very much normally they don't curve at all on the more common grey ones they normally go staight out from the head and if you took the wings off a moth you'd see instantly that the wings together are almost a right angle.
*for the texture on the top wings you could use the same one as one of the trees and edit a bit(more detailed).
*theres practically no gap between the second pair and the first pair on a real moth.
*slim down the wings, make them alot thinner because at the moment they probably have a greater mass then the body.
If you do all of these things you'd probably nearly be finished.
the scirpt now that i think about it it wouldn't be to hard to make.

The height of it still looks to big, makes it look like a tick. if you decrease the height you will see that if you put the wings next to each other it would look cool.
oh and at each bend its like a litle notch,.
the legs would look better if they where the same size at the start to the end (thickness).
You made it a bit too small i think try the same size (tiny bit bigger) then fargoths head.
It looks like its got a hunch-back, all we need now is a cathedral.
the wings shoudn't curve at the front they should go out in a straight line from the end in about a 30 degrees angle.
change the texture for the wings because it looks wierd seeing the wings black and the body grey-ish.
second pair of wings theoreticaly should be white because they is rarely exposed to the sun, they play no part in mating, if a moth is a bright collour say purple it is normally in a highly intricate pattern on the outer wings.

It's true that small things have been oversized in Morrowind (don't tell me a coin this size has a negligible weight, oh, and look at those flower stalks that are higher than you!), for gameplay purposes.
A mudcrab in real life would be frightening, I think that not even a Kamchatkan giant crab can compare.

yeah it needs to be a resneble size maybe only just smaller than a scrib. also if you make it to small it wouldn't go with the rest of morrowind where all of the insects are giant. also i was thinking if you hit the moth it should go flying back really far if attack it if its quite small and in the air also i think it should be quite fast.
also if you make it too small when you hit it the blood animation would be about 10x larger then it.
