Since I dropped it, I would like to try to pick it up now that I can mod again. As I recall, its a clothier and I need to totally redo it. Is this alright?

Here is the completed 3-19 for review.

Quick Info:

Its a clothier (obviously.)

The owner npc should be a rather wealthy dark elf. Their should be at least one guard. The containers in the upstairs sewing shop contain most of the salesman's inventory.

The Plugin requires the OoT and EoT master files and meshes/icons/textures/etc.

-Furn_De_R_Bookshelf_02 looks wrong with so many similar-looking chests on it. Vary some of the items on th shelf, resize a couple of the chests slightly, etc.

-All those chest_small_01_AL_JWLxx itmes have wrong IDs. It should be something like TR_m3_chest_xxxx_xxx

Comments: You need to stop using the same tapestries and rugs 10 times in one room, it doesn't look good.
There are quite a few bleeders and floaters here, but overall, a decent int.

Review: every belt was bleeding slightly, just like pieces of paper they need to be slightly off the surface that they rest on
The chest of gold in the front room needed to be locked
The chest of gold in the bedroom needed to be locked and it was caspering
chest_small_01_miliehas is unique, and thus normally wouldn't be allowed, however because there is nothing actually special about this chest beside its ID I guess it can stay
silver dagger was rotated so the blade touches the shelf
bk_truenatureoforcs and every book on top of it was lowered because it was floating
Some one smart enough to run a clothier's shop probably doesn't have ABCs for Barbarians
light_de_candle_07_64 was floating slightly
com_sack_02_pos needed to bleed more, I had to move it back a little bit to accommodate the crap-tastic indoril tileset
misc_de_bowl_white_01 is supposed to bleed a little
and now I realize there is poor and rich furniture mixing all oever the place, with a few instances of com and De mixing

I fixed a clothier in i3_20. It is in reviewing. These errors look like the errors i fixed, perhaps it's the same clothier?
Im pretty sure it is, because i also fixed the belts and the milliehas chest.

This one is the same i fixed for i3_20, with a few changes, but: COOKIE CUTTERING!!!

The whole shop of agrippina herennia, the clothier in Vivec, has been used for this interior!

Yes, it's the same cell as you fixed in i3-20, because it didn't belong there. It is supposed to be i3-19.

The content of the bookcases and tables in the shop was clearly clipped out of Aggripa's shop. It has been rearranged to a very small extent, and is now resting on the right kind of furniture (this uses de agrippa used com). My guess would be that Inodril cookie cut this and the Nomadic tried to patch it up, not realizing what had occured. Really reshuffling the goods in the main display room will take care of most of this problem, as the furniture and layout is nothing like Aggripa's shop (but the shelves/tables are quite similar, though not superimposable).

EDIT: Looks like Nomadic posted while I was checking on this interior :P .

EDIT2: Very good catch, theviking :) this one almost slipped through.

I started from scratch. This is number 1, the little building in the northwestern corner of the cell. Numbers 2 & 3 are the inns.

They were typed in wrong to begin with. Quite a few interiors in this cell are like this I'm guessing - the Indoril Council House also has the wrong coordinates.
