I've not done anything Redoran yet, and I needs an interior to get me away from Map 1 detailing. I assume that the balcony also leads to this interior?

I've played the redoran architecture more than a person should. I made a huge mansion, then I decided it was too big, so I started again.
Then I continued to play with it, and decided it was too big, so I cut out an entire section.
Then, after some discussion with Sload, I decided that it was still probably too big, so I've cut out another portion.
Anyways, I think I've got it down to a size that's still too big, but only slightly (hopefully).
While I was reworking some of part of a hallway, I suddenly had the urge to create a cave like place that could be seen from the hallway (not accessible by the player) with rocks and stalagtites and lighting and whatnot. Then I thought, PoHa!, you're going overboard again...
And that's where I'm at now. Currently, I think I'm trying to go overboard with cave that can be viewed from a balcony-esque redoran place (hard to describe what I'm thinking) but I thought I'd throw it out there, and give an update.

i3-199 made me realize that I had a problem with this one.
Before you suggest it, NO, this interior was NOT cookie-cut in the least. However, having never done a Redoran interior before, I did not know what books would be found in a Redoran household, so I DID copy them into this interior from Arabor Manor. However, every single book was moved, re-rotated, and repositioned to the point of not being anything like the original.
However, the OWNERSHIP was still set to Miner Arabor, which this file fixes. I've also cleaned it, which I don't believe I did before either. Use it for review.
